Poor Management and Noisy
November 14, 2022I have lived here for over 6 years and have never seen anything like the turnover in management. They don't respond to noise complaints and basically shrug or say call the police when you talk to them about it.Property Manager Responded

Poor maintenance
July 28, 2021I have lived here only for two months and my experience with maintenance is terrible. Since from day 1, my shower hasn’t been working. I literally get water from the bucket just to take my shower. I also have not been able to used my Dishwasher because of the horrible smell coming from the washer. The smell never goes away even when you run it. I have complained time without number to the apartment office but nothing has been don until now. Whenever you call the maintenance number, it take you ...directly to voicemail mail and you cannot even leave a voicemail mail because it always say “voicemail is full” . It’s really a horrible experience. Please stay away from this kind of apartment complex that cares so less about people’s living condition. I totally regret signing up to two years. Terrible Management!
September 12, 2020The property is fine, the apartments are nicely renovated, and the service team is great. However, the management is constantly changing and doesn't take complaint requests seriously. Don't lease here. The property is also going downhill in the 4 years I have lived here. I have complained about noise a number of times and they don't give the complainer the benefit of the doubt. Nor do they follow-up.Property Manager Responded

Love my new home here!!
July 23, 2020I worked directly with Andrea, I had an amazing experience with her , not only is she on top of her game is she kept me posted on every step of the process to become a tenant, I even got replies after hours from her, this let me know she was doing her job even on her time off. Love that!! And since my move in I have made acquaintances with a few of the maintenance men super nice guys, one even offered a helping hand when he saw me unloading boxes in the extreme heat, he's my hero :) Now that I ...am all settled in, I can honestly say I love how peacefully and clean outside it is here. I have introduced myself to my neighbor, I feel it' s good to know who's around you ,we may become friends or just friendly neighbors.. keep up the good work Hunt Club personnelProperty Manager Responded

Horrible maintenance
August 13, 2018I am waiting now 2 days for maintenance to fix my leaking toilet. They still haven't come. This is the third time I'm having a hard time with maintenance.Property Manager Responded

April 19, 2018While living here the past year there have been our fair share of issues but they have been resolved. Maintenance is prompt to fix things that they can. Since moving in there have also been improvements with the staffing in the leasing office.Review from Apartments.com

March 3, 2016This property and it's grounds looked nice and clean before. Now it is dirty. Apartments are infested with mice. I had to contact the community manager in order to get a pest problem rectified. Overpriced, pest infected and non attentive staff.Review from Apartments.com
