Nice apartments near the Sandia mountains and adjacent to an excellent city park and the Tramway biking trail. The management is attentive to maintanence issues, pest control, and grounds keeping. Apartments are very affordable and have laundry hook-ups. The community is fairly quiet and respectful. Plenty of parking and next to grocery store and movie theatre. The only downfall is the environmentally unfriendly single pane windows and doors that readily leak air conditioning and heating.
