Terrbile complex
January 23, 2024My sister and I recently moved out of this complex. The staff in the office are very lazy! You come to them about problems they never handle the issues that are brought to their attention!! Maintenance are rude they never speak! Pest control does not do a good job with getting the bugs out of your apartment (useless) Lets not forget the trash that be everywhere and pop that be on the grass! I wouldn't move here again if this was the last place on earth! The managers in the office don't make two ...times the rent but they expect for you to make it! Rude management.
March 10, 2022I submitted an application and a cashier's check and was told that I would be added to a waiting list, and if an apartment did not open up the check would not be cashed. I call in to see the availability of apartments and am informed, rather coldly, that I was not in fact on any waiting list, and there was no way I could prove I was ever on it. Great Place to Live
March 8, 2016My husband and I moved into a newly upgraded 2/2 and weabsolutely love living here. It is peaceful and a very well kept apartment complex. It is also never more than 15-20 minutes away (usually less) to all things awesome in Gainesville. If you have any questions or ever need anything,the staff is always very kind and helpful! A quiet, peaceful respite amidst moss-hanging oak trees
August 19, 2015As a medical social worker, I help clients with addictions all day long and love coming home to my screened in porch and cathedral ceilings to unwind, sip iced tea. The fireplace is cozy and the track lights and hanging bar/kitchen nook area lamps are nurturing, too. Just minutes from downtown, too. Congenial maintenance and office staff always.
