there is a dog park on the premises. It has covered parking and adequate parking for visitors. The location is close to necessary businesses including groceries, public library, city offices, medical center and they have night city police drive through the complex after dark. Oh yes, the grounds are beautiful and they clear the walks of snow immediately after a storm. Yay!!

there is a grocery store with the best deals in town, a shopping plaza consisting of the only last standing locally operated and owned video rental store, a state renowned bakery and plenty of shops to browse on a Saturday afternoon. There is a frozen custard shop where people come from out of state for. This two bedroom, two full bathrooms top floor luxury apartment offers a private balcony with two storage closets, a chandelier in the dining room, a bar, a microwave above the stove and a dishwasher. The kitchen also includes a garbage disposal and dark cabinets with cream paint giving a warm and inviting environment. A in-house top of the line Whirlpool washer and dryer. And, unlike other housing close by, you have your own water heater and central air. The second bathroom has a full tub/shower combo and a counter top big enough for all your needs, with two deep drawers and a cabinet underneath the sink. The second bedroom is decent sized and would easily fit a queen bed with a desk and a large closet with built in storage. The master suite offers a walk in closet big enough to be a room on its own with a his and a hers side also equipped with built in storage. A private bathroom is the same as the second bathroom except it has about three more feet added for extra room to move around in your busy mornings. Plenty of natural light this apartment does not require a lot of maintenance however the maintenance crew is responsive, quick and know what they're doing and always willing to help. The community has a workout room offering state of the art equipment and a clubhouse available for rent with a BBQ Grill available for resident use. It is non smoking unless in designated areas with a dog park located in the complex. By far the best place I have lived, couldn't ask for more.
