4 Stars Feels Right
April 9, 2026I feel like 4 stars is a fair rating. I went down the rabbit hole of 1-star reviews (on Google too), and honestly, most of the complaints don’t really relate to the complex itself and feel a bit exaggerated. Management has been great and very helpful, I’ve never had an issue with them, and they usually get back to me within an hour whenever something comes up. The maintenance team is also solid, though there have been a few times I had to submit the same request more than once because it wasn’t ...fully fixed. They seem great with smaller issues, but washers and dryers aren’t really their strong suit. The pool and hot tub are great. The walls also seem super thick. I rarely hear my neighbors, even the ones with dogs. The only time I ever hear anything is when I’m chilling on my balcony. My main issues are honestly just the little things. The ventilation doesn’t seem great, so smells linger easily, and trash or dishes can make the place smell fast. The paint job is a little sloppy, with small splatters here and there. The toilet is also weirdly small and has a pretty weak flush. Parkings ok, I ended up getting a carport because the free spots were too unreliable. Terrible management and maintenance
October 6, 2025IMT Lowry's management could not be more unhelpful and the maintenance of the property is awful. Three incidents of many to mention. The tenant above me left their dog on the patio and it constantly peed, seeping through their balcony to my patio furniture. The head manager literally told me to call Denver animal control rather than dealing with the other tenant. The second egregious incident occurred when there was a leak in my storage unit. I was told they "fixed" the problem, however, I ...noticed a strong odor. They said they would Inspect and make sure it was fixed properly. It was not, my belongings were covered in black mold, and they refused to take responsibility for their negligence. Lastly, it took them 2 months to repair my dryer. It was not working, and finally, they removed a ridiculous amount of lint from the vent. Clearly it had not been cleaned in some time, and was a fire hazard at a minimum. I had to write them a letter stating I was going to move out before they actually fixed it. Here's the thing… bad things can happen in apartment buildings. But my experience has been that IMT Lowry does as little as possible on behalf of their tenants to correct the issues with their building and maintenance. From my personal experience, I would recommend you look elsewhere to live if you care about your property and peace. PS they make a practice of soliciting positive reviews. They ask you to publicly review after every maintenance request, and you want to be nice to the maintenance men (who are very pleasant), but the problem is the management and policies.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 29, 2025I moved to IMT Lowry a little over a month ago and I can honestly say I am very happy here! This complex is very beautiful and the staff is very helpful. My move in went smoothly with the help of the office staff. The leasing ladies are so sweet and the maintenance/grounds are the best I have ever experienced. The pool is also very nice and clean every time I use it. Dakota, the maintenance manager, was very knowledgeable and professional and got my work orders completed very quickly. Team work
July 29, 2025I live at IMT Lowry and our AC recently stopped working. It was during a weekend, and after hours. I had to call the emergency maintenance line, and they called back in less than 5 minutes. Dominic was onsite and can to help on a Sunday evening, which my family and I were very thankful for. Dominic provided us with a portable AC unit for the night and assured me that they would get back to me first thing Monday morning to troubleshoot and diagnose the AC unit to my home. Dakota called me first ...thing Monday morning and had Joe come over to my home for the diagnosing. The team made me feel at peace knowing that they were working on solutions, especially during these hot summer months. June 29, 2023The apartment homes are beautiful, clean and have a very homey feel to them. Rebekah, Peyton, Amanda and Kyle are amazing in the office. Alwyn, John Sr, John Jr, and Johnny handle maintenance calls quickly and efficiently! Sr fixed my AC right away, Alwyn connected my dryer vent correctly and Jr fixed my dishwasher right after the new one was delivered! DO NOT LIVE HERE
October 3, 2021DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! We have been here for three months. Since June 2021. Three weeks into our move in our upstairs neighbors moved in. They have a dog that they leave out on the porch and in their garage for hours on end at all times of day and night and it will bark for hours even during quiet hours and well into the middle of the night. The dog is also aggressive and has lunged at every other dog it comes across while they walk. Not only that but it has knocked out both of the screens on their ...windows due to the aggressive way it will bark at every dog that walks past the apartment. Its a very dog friendly complex, so their are a lot of dogs so it happens very often. We have sent in over ten noise complaints with video evidence of them breaking noise ordinances and they have received and violated multiple probation periods, but nothing is being done to fix it. There is also a constant stench coming from their apartment and I am worried for our health. Im also worried for the wellbeing of every dog at this complex as the dog is so aggressive, if it got off its leash or somehow jumped out of their apartment (which does seem likely as they leave their windows open for it to bark with no screen on) it would absolutely hurt another dog or maybe even a person. Management has since stopped replying to our emails. Ever since the management team has switched two months into our stay we feel as though they don't care for the tenants like our last management did. Why would they favor a tenant that violates multiple lease agreements over a tenant who hasn't violated anything? Do Not Live Here.Property Manager Responded

Don't move here!
February 21, 2018I have lived on the property since AMLI Lowry managed it. It was wonderful then, but since Holland Residential took over and new management came in...it's overpriced, run down, and the staff (both office and maintenance) are unprofessional, rude, and inept regarding day to day responsibilities. I cannot believe, especially after reading other reviews that Apartments.com has Pilot House scored at a 5/5. NO way is this is accurate. The grounds are covered in doggie pooh because they rarely stock ...the pooh bags (we pay for), and the main pool has not been accessible for over a year. Not at all, not even the hot tub. They slack on their responsibilities consistently (good luck getting maintenance to fix anything), but oh my gosh...don't you dare not follow that lease to the letter and pay your rent on time (I always do. I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy) or they'll come at you with a vengeance. Long story short...go somewhere else. You can find more affordable, nicer apartments in Lowry/Denver. I have read and heard so many horror stories regarding how PH sends final notices to wrong addresses, overcharges ppl with move out fees, and sends people to collection because PH makes accounting mistakes and then doesn't properly notify tenants. My neighbor paid them electronically and he said he has proof because the exact amount of his rent came out of his bank account, but PH claims they never received the funds.
