4 Stars Feels Right

I feel like 4 stars is a fair rating. I went down the rabbit hole of 1-star reviews (on Google too), and honestly, most of the complaints don’t really relate to the complex itself and feel a bit exaggerated. Management has been great and very helpful, I’ve never had an issue with them, and they usually get back to me within an hour whenever something comes up. The maintenance team is also solid, though there have been a few times I had to submit the same request more than once because it wasn’t ...
fully fixed. They seem great with smaller issues, but washers and dryers aren’t really their strong suit.
The pool and hot tub are great. The walls also seem super thick. I rarely hear my neighbors, even the ones with dogs. The only time I ever hear anything is when I’m chilling on my balcony. My main issues are honestly just the little things. The ventilation doesn’t seem great, so smells linger easily, and trash or dishes can make the place smell fast. The paint job is a little sloppy, with small splatters here and there. The toilet is also weirdly small and has a pretty weak flush. Parkings ok, I ended up getting a carport because the free spots were too unreliable. Other than that, the place is great, especially for the price.
