Garbage Piles Up Weekly
June 23, 2020There is only one garbage compactor for the entire complex, and is only emptied once a week. It's full within a couple of days and residents are forced to leave a pile of garbage that isn't disposed of for weeks at a time. Some items have been there for months. There is also quite a bit of litter on the grounds that is hardly picked up. For the price of our units, as well as the gall to even charge for trash collection, we expect to not live in filth. Crime in the area is also not that great. ...Cars are often broken into or vandalized. Loud bikes are heard almost every night, as well has people speeding through the complex. Management hardly answers their emails, and is at best incompetent. Any maintenance issue can take weeks or months to address if they even get to it. I've talked with several residents who have had broken appliances for months. Any negative review is often met with a canned apology about their striving to have a high standard, when they cannot even meet the bare minimum. Frankly, they probably do not care much about negative reviews as the place is pretty close to Fort Bragg and they do not have trouble finding tenants.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 12, 2019First of all, the office staff is very rude and not helpful. Secondly, the community is DISGUSTING!! The dumpster is always full and smells. Dogs are never on a leash and no one picks up behind their dog. The “gym” is outdated. If you have a maintenance issues please don’t ever expect it to be fixed! Save yourself the trash, rudeness and the head ache. This place is HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Don’t let the all inclusive package fool you!!!Property Manager Responded

Would never recommend this place to anyone.
September 1, 2019Management staff is very disrespectful and they do not care about anybody. Work orders have been ignored or cancelled out shortly after I submit a work order through the resident portal. When you show up to talk to management about it they just blow you off or say that your issues aren't a big deal. When it rains, water runs down the wall so much that it creates puddles on the floor. Speaking about it with some of my neighbors they also have flooding issues inside the apartment when it rains. ...Management was told about it and still haven't fixed the problems. This has been going on for months. The staff in the front office is nice but don't be fooled by management. They are nice before you sign the lease, but after, they don't want to deal with you. They can be disrespectful, sarcastic and condescending. The property manager couldn't even wait until after I left and the door closed completely before calling me an idiot! I am not saying you will have a terrible experience renting here like me and multiple other residence. But if you do and you have read this before you sign your lease you have nobody to blame but yourself. PS: Read every word in your lease and also look at your apartment before signing your lease. Otherwise you might be stuck with something that you weren't aware you were going to get.Property Manager Responded

WORST APARTMENTS EVER !!!
March 18, 2019Don’t waste your money here. This apartment complex is money hungry! They’ll charge you for the smallest little things ever. The girls up front are so RUDE. They take forever to come repair something in your apartment. They take about 3-4 days so if your stove was broken expect not to be able to Cook for a few days. Instead of helping out with the issue you see them smoking and all talking outside . They just don’t care like they seem to when they’re showing you around. I would never recommend ...this apartment to anymore! Also since the apartment complex isn’t gated anyone can come into the property and on multiple occasions peoples cars have been broken into and also there are so many drunk people at night. They also sent a email that will have a cop on the complex at all times but really there just parked police car with nobody inside in the front of the complex . Disappointing!
February 1, 2018This experience has been a very disappointing one. The preview of the apartment was very nice and believeable that this would be a nice residence for our family. However, that was not the case. We have had multiple issues, including, overcharged on bill for things out of our control, maitanance repair delays, and POOR customer service. When my family would call for assistance, an employee would seem defensive rather than help us solve a problem. June 20, 2017I have lived at this property since January and I must say it is a great place to live. The units are modern, stylish and very comfortable. On top of that the grounds is always well kept and there is a professional staff that is ready and courteously help residents in whatever way they can. Excellent Value for Upscale Apartment
August 27, 2015Walk up to your apartment, open your door using an electronic key, punch in your code on the security system, and look at the tall ceilings and very nice tile floors. Walk into your laundry room, where a super capacity washer and dryer await. Check out the large open floor-plan, with a spacious dining area leading into a beautiful kitchen. Invite friends over for drinks at your granite covered bar/ island. Observe the very useful black appliances, everything you need, from oven and refrigerator ...to large microwave and dishwasher. The double sinks in the kitchen include a very convenient garbage disposal system. Also included is a large pantry and beautiful dark cabinets, and plenty of them, accented by the awesome choice of lighting fixtures! Walk toward the living-room and check out the beautiful archway with a round column on each side, a great a piece of character that adds to this excellent apartment. Stay cool with the central air or turn on the ceiling fan to save energy. Set up exercise equipment, a playroom, or library in the extra 100 feet that is the sun-room. check out the two spacious bedrooms with huge, well-lit, walk-in closets. Go into the very large master bathroom and enjoy a nice relaxing soak in the garden tub. This two bedroom, two bathroom, 1275 sq foot, quality built apartment is comfortable, safe, and best of all, family and pet-friendly. When you want to enjoy the beautiful North Carolina weather, take your kids to the clean, safe playground, grill with family, walk your dog on the large, grassy areas or at on of the two dog run areas with provided doggy pick-up bags and trash receptacles, or enjoy the very convenient saltwater pool. Or maybe the weather isn't so sunny? Enter the clubhouse and hit the tanning bed! When you are done there, enjoy the fitness center, or play a game of 8-ball at the pool table. Another option is that you can just grab a cup of coffee and watch some television with your neighbors, or maybe attend one of the many fun community events.
