August 30, 2025I moved here in July and still haven’t gotten my mail as it’s approaching September. They gave me a key that didn’t work to the mailbox, and I didn’t like that it took so long to get it fixed and for me to have a working mailbox. I also find it suspicious that I have not been receiving mail for a month even though I have an app showing me what mail I should be getting each day, some of which is important. I’ve made all the changes I needed to make through USPS and they have my address on the ...mail. Other issues are minute, but still not desirable, so I’m not going to really get into. June 20, 2025We love the indigo complex. We have a beautiful view of the mountains. The pool is gorgeous. The workout room on campus is great. We have the convenience of being only minutes away from everything but the calming experience of being out of the city hustle and bustle. It’s a great place to live. Units are spacious and have the open design. Pets are welcome, as there is a dog spa and a walking area for them. It’s a great place.Review from Apartments.com

May 5, 2025When I first moved in, I had two managers serve me. Elizabeth and Melody. Melody was fantastic, very knowledgeable, and had the experience. Elizabeth was in training and wasn't at the same level (yet). After some time, I noticed that these two were not at the office anymore, and we had a gentleman. He does is job is very focused, but is not as inviting or as warm as the other two. I also remember that E and M would go above and beyond to help the residents, while this guy tended to push the ...work or solutions back on the residents. Overall, the apartments are clean. However, it seems the vinyl flooring does have small flaws (coming off the concrete), and there is an insistent beeping sound that is not quickly remedied in the fire rooms.
