Don’t move here unless you have literally nowhere else to go
July 16, 2024My wife and I lived here for almost two years and the management only got worse while we were there. They are supposed to provide pest control services, but there’s no enforcement of making sure they hit every single apartment. We missed one round of pest control and ants immediately began infesting our apartments, making us very aware of the lack of proper seals to the outside. When we informed them we never received the pest control, they straight up lied to us about saying they did, but since ...I work from home, I would have been there the whole time they were. They also began installing assigned covered parking spaces all around the complex, making every attempt to find parking for those of us that didn’t want to pay an additional $50/month very hard, They also didn’t inform tenants of the correct day the paid parking would go into effect, so there were mass towings across the complex, and the landlords never compensated us for an issue they caused. In conclusion, don’t live here. It’s too expensive for how terrible it is and the property is extremely disrespectful to tenants.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!
August 7, 2022The Indigo is a great place to live for me. The staff is always ready to help and be of service. The indigo is always hosting events to bring the community Together. Maintenance staff requests are always answered right away. The insides have nice, updated look. The security patrol is also a plus the pool is great during the summer and the distance to local venues and Restaurants are close. AMAZING STAFF! AMAZING EVERYTHING!
May 19, 2022Hello, I am currently a resident at Indigo Apartment Homes. The place here is absolutely stunning. The staff here are kind, amazing, and sweet, and they CARE about the residents. There are several times I can recall that when I was stressed when I was in a bad time or a dark age, they were encouraging. They helped lift me up. I don't know where I would be without their help. This place is always amazing. I can go outside, look out my balcony, and see the city lights from where I stand. Granted, ...you would have to have the right apartment, but yes. Also, privacy; I feel secure in my room. I feel like everything is awesome. If you ever feel like you need a place to live, I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Indigo Apartment Homes. The best manager I’ve had..
April 28, 2022I have not stayed in an apartment in years and was very nervous about moving into one. But once I met Danny at Indigo he made me feel really comfortable about getting an apartment. So comfortable that I actually got the apartment and it’s so nice and comfortable. The tenants are really nice and respectful. So because of Danny the nice gentleman with the greatest personality made me feel so welcomed. They will cheat you when you move out
September 28, 2021Good place to live but when you move out they are very petty with their excuses to keep your deposit. I left a plastic ice tray in the clean kitchen and they charged me $130 for “clean up” and “maintenance”. SeriouslyProperty Manager Responded

July 17, 2020I only lived at Indigo for a year and it was nice, reasonable prices for what you get. Always responded to maintenance request in a timely manner. The only thing I had trouble with was getting in touch with the office on the phone. Even after calling and leaving a voicemail the AM, they would never call back the same day.
