Move somewhere else if you can
August 13, 2022I moved in here three months ago and within a few weeks discovered that my AC was broken. My apartment has been averaging 86 degrees! I have put in several work orders (which end up being canceled without explanation). I have tried to contact the leasing office (they do not answer the phone or respond to emails). I feel completely helpless at this point. You also cannot talk to anyone in person as the leasing office is locked and they do not let you in without an appointment (there’s no way to ...make an appointment since no one responds). The few times I have talked to someone they have been rude and short with me. I have lived in multiple apartments before this one and never have had any issues. This is by far the most unprofessional complex I have had to deal with. RUN…. Far far away
July 14, 2022This place is a disaster. Things look awesome on the tour and then go downhill from there. Our application was lost. Don’t move in the summer
June 21, 2022In all honesty besides what I’m about to address , the apartment hasn’t been the worst. We moved in at the beginning of March with a broken a/c unit. After around 3 weeks of having a work order, it was closed out with no explanation of what was done. After calling, we were informed that they close out work orders when ever parts are ordered, and that they were waiting on a part. After a few more weeks, we called again just to be told that parts where never ordered and that they would need to ...order parts. After asking if more free-on could be put in, they informed us that they would not continue to replace the free-on because it was a waste of money for them. We we’re told for the next two months that they were waiting on parts. After parts came in, we were told multiple days in a row that our apartment was a priority, yet no one came. maintenance finally came over the course of three days. Each day, we were told they would be right back and that it would be fixed by the end of the day which be very happened. They would leave for the day and we would have to call the next day to get them to come back or get an update.Finally they told us that they are getting an HVAC company to come out and fix it because there’s nothing they can do. However, it has been two weeks since we were told this. We have asked office staff about the issue and they had no idea what we were talking about that they would have to ask. We were given a single window unit to cool a three bedroom apartment with 4 people living in it. Our electricity bill has been almost $100 more expensive per month due to this. Emails about getting a concession to make up for this have gone unanswered. At this point we are ready to just leave. DON'T DO IT
May 2, 2022If I could give them no stars I would. After waiting almost 3 months, they finally reached out to me when I inquired about my deposit and said they were keeping my entire deposit for cleaning which they had to do anyway. The manager (she's horrible and not friendly at all) came to my apartment before I left and accused me of throwing away furniture in my mini SUV because I was the only one scheduled to move that week. Trash doesn't come when they're supposed to. The front office NEVER answers ...the phone. Maintenance won't show up for days. poorly managed
February 18, 2022Management never returns calls or even answers a phone call so you could never get any help. they told us two weeks before we were moving in (from Kansas) that they allowed the previous tenants to stay longer so they put us in a smaller apartment and didn't offer a discount or anything. when we moved in the carpet as nasty the apartment smelt like smoke all the vents were black and the place was gross. we left that place in better condition then what we got it an never heard back on our deposit ...even though we spent months calling but got no response and when they did answer they said they would discuss with the team and would call back and never called back. awful place do not work there. they lied multiple times just to make it sound great. never ever stay here. unless they change the management and fire Maddie.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don't Come Here
August 24, 2021So, I've been renting here for 3 years, and this will be my last year. Management changes every year. The first management was great. Maintenance requests were resolved in a timely manner, hallways were kept clean, and everything ran pretty smoothly. The current management, JRK, is the WORST. Maintenance request take at least a week to be resolved. The trash compactor is always broken, which leads to people leaving trash everywhere. They do not clean the hallways; therefore, the property is ...always grody. Do NOT be deceived. You will pay too much money to live here to receive such lackluster service and quality. July 3, 2021At the beginning everything looks good but dont let your eyes make you see the truth. I was having so many issues with window leaking when every time was raining. On top of that, from the balcony, the water was coming through the living room. IT WAS AWFUL. Carpet wet and bad smelling for weeks!! They never did anything. They took weeks to get the carpet dried up and it was never fixed. Plus , They charge you clean carpet fees and others after the lease ends. They only saying management is ...working. NEVER MOVE HERE!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
May 21, 2021DO NOT MOVE TO THIS COMPLEX! From start to finish, the management has been terrible with communication. I have been working with the leasing agent Mady and she is terrible at communication. Before I moved into my apartment, we were suppose to have a virtual tour meeting. Well, apparently there was a storm in Louisiana that I was unaware of (due to being from Ohio) and I waited to hear from her. Instead of sending an email to let me know that the meeting had been cancelled, I emailed her twice ...before I even got a reply on speaking to each other regarding the apartment. I finally got in touch with her and we spoke of the apartment I would be leasing. I asked multiple times for the lease and never received it until a month later. Before receiving the lease to my ASSIGNED apartment, I received a call 2 weeks before from another leasing agent at the same complex stating my unit was unavailable. Infuriated, I did not understand how this could have happened in a two weeks time frame. During this time frame of frantically looking for another place to stay, I was extremely frustrated and did not even speak with the manager AT ALL. I had asked for times and her availability and didn't receive that either. Although, another apartment was found for me; i drove 14 hrs from Ohio for the APARTMENT TO BE ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!. Dirty diapers and towels on the balcony, red streaks on the blinds and some blinds were missing, carpet stains, socks in washer, dirty valet trashcan, dirty sinks, and a terrible smell with knits in the kitchen! In the midst of this, I decided not to move in and tried to talk with the manager and Mady and had an "appointment only" policy. This was an emergency. I even asked her had she inspected the apartment and her answer was " It was clean when I went in there" How do you rent out a place that wasn't even cleaned or on maintenance radar to be cleaned? This has got to be the most horrific apartment complex encounter I have ever dealt with. I still haven't spoken to the manager. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! It is OK consider other places before settling

The only problem I have is that they tell you your trash will be picked up every night however I have figured out that valet comes when they want. The dumpster area is very very nasty.
