Remodeled apartment homes
March 21, 2025I have lived here for about six months now. The apartments are completely remodeled inside and out. Maintenance is friendly and prompt. There are no roaches or mice. They really stay on top of the pest control.. It's a nice quiet community and the people are great. There's also a washer and dryer hook ups, and the apartments are very spacious. Worst apt ever
December 1, 2023My apt bath always leaked from the apt above me because of the people were always flooding their bathroom and the office would never fix it. Not to mention the mold in between the floors on the 2x4s and the sheet rock that they seemed to not have cared about. They can never keep a maintenance man. There's aways roaches. They charge u $50 for a mailbox key that they aren't legel suppose to be copying!! The office people will tell u what u want to hear just to get u off the phone!! Don't move in ...here. terrible!!
January 21, 2023from roaches to rats its litteraly the worst apt in south okc walls being sunk in, mold in my closet, And the Hot water. The hot water has to be the worst it burns my feet as soon as i get in and it wont let it work properly. both the shower head and faucet go at once leading it to be up to my lower thigh terrible expreeriance i would rather live in the one down the street.Review from Apartments.com

August 11, 2015My apartment is like an private oasis, I never thought I would think of it that way until being on the road for months. Just the peace and serenity of the entire complex set's it off for me, then walking in to the open floor plan with French balcony doors,makes me just say....wow I'm home.Review from Apartments.com
