    when I first moved here the staff was great and did theyre job now they dont and the community is getting worse. The people that work at the office are rude, weve had so many breakin lately and the community doesnt say anything

    The Condo is good, but the lack of parking spaces has been a problem, the dirt from the dirt that appears in the hallways of the apartments is also a problem

    I have damage to the apartment that was never fixed from the residents before me when I moved nearly two years ago including scratches on the doors, damaged window sills, a hole in the secondary bathroom behind the door knob and a broken light fixture in the kitchen. The previous regime misplaced my move in check in sheet so there's no sign of it besides my copy. The water pressure in the master bathroom shower is non existent and I have made several maintenance requests in the past and nothing ...
    happens. We have been month to month since waiting for our home to finish construction and it's just been an utter disaster. Not to mention there are now roaches EVERYWHERE. We are not nasty people and the apartment is clean but the roaches persist. Clearly the neighbors are just unclean individuals. The parking remains a disaster as well. Can't wait to move.

    We have lived in this property for three years and just renewed our lease. The staff is professional and caring. The manager Bret brings this great energy and sense of community. He is also very professional and helpful. We love the apartment and amenities, just like everything nothing is perfect but for us this place is a positive, safe and beautiful space we call home. We are very happy here. Thank you for having us as residents.
