    The most incompetent management team I have ever seen! Once you sign that lease, they do not care about you in the slightest. They do not return phone calls or emails. The apartments are degrading to the point where they are unlivable. Water leaks, bugs, rats outside your door. Homeless people going through the trash bins outside your place. Parking is miserable. You pay to have other people take your spot while management does 0 to help. They overcharge you for rent and insist it’s not their ...

    Quite honestly the worst rental experience I have ever had. Icy parking lots, unlocked entrances, rickety stairs, stolen packages, and untimely maintenance coupled with the unprofessional behavior of the property management team leaves much to be desired from Integrity Gold Coast.

  • I'll only move when I can afford a house

    One of the 1st places I've lived where the management team doesn't seem to be actively working against the residents at all times. Rent is very reasonable, shared spaces are clean, & they're quick to respond to questions or maintenance requests. The cons are extremely average for an apartment- neighbors can be obnoxious, trash day can be very noisy, & if you don't have an assigned spot you have to park on the street. To me, parking is the only aspect that makes living here 4/5 but at least I've ...
