Moved in recently, one thing I look for when apartment searching is a place with no pests. Ashanti helped me tour the units, found what I was looking for. Everything I need is here, friendly neighbors, 24/7 gym & easy access to the train station. Neighborhood is nice too, walkable restaurants and shops.

More care needs to be given to the hallway carpets, walls, and trash areas. The smell in the hallways, the filthy carpets and walls make me regret moving here.

Friendly fun residents! Fairly quiet most of the time! We love the outside community areas. The dog park is perfect and the dog wash is beyond wonderful. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Perfectly set in between the medical district and Love Field Airporr.

So far so good. I really wish it was a more up to date system for getting into the building. As well as cleaner hallways. The building is beautiful but the hallways make it look extremely run down and less luxury.
