August 27, 2022They firstly state you can do anything on your balcony, but this isn't true, Things break, cant have bike or mostly anything on the balcony, if your broom handles stick up and you keep em outside, you will get a letter stating if you don't remove it they will evict you. Ive seen it happen for years to others and myself. They never fix anything on time, even a whole year later they still havent came to fix some things for me. The owner is a horrible person who will take pictures and then send em ...to management. Suppose a women, but I dont even know. Its not luxury, doesn't have ac, They come with washer/dryer but you cant load up more then half a pound of clothes (less then 10 pieces)) or it wont dry at ALL, and dryer is like 4 hours or more time. and again , will not even dry , i had to put it for 3 hours or so to dry one towel. They arnt worth any luxury tags, apartments aren't insulated, you cant put window film to protect from heat, the window blinds fall with the slightest HIT or wind, then tell you you have to pay for it. Out of your pocket for normal wear and tear. They have bragged about not being the most expensive but that isn't even true, they are one of the highest apartment rents and they keep going higher in prices for cheaply made apartments, they don't even hand you the place clean when you move in.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
This place is a slum.
June 30, 2019Rent hikes yearly, poor management, living here feels like living in one of those cheap run down places in oxnard. Parking situation is terrible, be ready to park on the street all the time, management and maintenance might as well not even exist. Sure the place is astetically pleasing if u dont live there that is. Living here its like living in a slum.Review from Apartments.com
Things break they stay broken
April 9, 2019Good luck getting anything fixed. The maintenance guy spends more time in the office kicking back with his hands on his head than actually fixing things in the apartments. Management doesnt seem to care.Review from Apartments.com
