I really like the apartment building I live in. The staff are always friendly and greet me with a smile, which makes me happy. Whenever I request a repair, they respond quickly and take care of it right away. The events held from time to time are also a lot of fun. For Easter, they organized an egg hunt inside the building, and we could win gift cards by finding eggs. The entire building is always clean and well-maintained, which makes living here very comfortable.

Fantastic location. Nice building Staff is great, consistently warm and helpful. Only 2 blocks from the metro. Easy access to everything you need. Banks, gyms and restaurants all within a few blocks.

Lived in JSOL for the last four years and it has been so wonderful. The location is unbeatable and the amenities are awesome. The pool is a lot of fun during the summers and the staff are super friendly. The units are really up to date and look super modern. My time here has been nothing but great.

I love it here and everyone is very nice. The only annoyance is that there tend to be a decent amount of maintenance needed in the units for how much we pay in rent. However, the amenities are wonderful.

I love living at JSol! I’ve lived in quite a few buildings over the years and each one was an issue for one reason or another: bad neighbors, bad building construction, etc. JSol is about as good as it gets: friendly neighbors, quality construction and appliances, and a friendly staff.

I had no HVAC for 4 months (the entire summer) & the pipes are so poorly insulated that I hear every time my neighbors use their washing machine and it drains through my walls. Had to ask multiple times for the toilet paper holder to be repaired and it’s still broken.

Living here has been great overall! I love my apartment and the amenities. The building is so great and I love being able to bring people over. Sometimes things take awhile administratively, but overall it’s a nice place to live.

Move in was unorganized and quality assurance was not checked - dirty and various items not operating properly. Unfortunately, I have had educate myself on what it is that I’m supposed to have in order to operate with the complex because no one told me anything.

I am absolutely LOVING living here! I love how new and clean the building feels and the amenities and location are just perfect! I experienced my first weekend here since moving in and the surrounding area of Ballston was so lively, even on a Sunday night!
