September 10, 2025Just moved in last month and so far have been having a great experience. Was able to move in on short notice and everything was set up. Small issues in the apartment were very quickly resolved by the team. I look forward to the rest of my time here.Property Manager Responded

September 9, 2025Spent 3 months without A/C in the summer. At least one elevator is always out of service, often two or more. Plumbing is poorly designed so I hear every time my neighbor runs their laundry which causes a dog to bark that I also hear. For what they charge there are many better apartments in the Ballston area.Property Manager Responded

July 30, 2025We are subleasing and the process from the management has been very good. Although the original tenants did not leave the apt in the condition we were expecting with the help of the maintenance team and management a lot of the things were able to get fixed for the most part.Property Manager Responded

July 9, 2025Overall great experience living at JSol. It’s quiet and I very rarely hear my neighbors. Amazing views from the roof and apartment facing north. Gym is more than passable but not perfect.
