My opinion of the Jefferson Apts.

I have been a tenant of the Jefferson Apts. for the past 10 years. It is a well kept and maintained property that is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. The management and property staff are professional,responsive,and friendly .........and for the price it is the the best housing option in Downtown Shreveport without question! A century-old building with warmth and charm!

Awful place to live. The management and maintenance are evil lazy people. I am not sure who the owners are. The appliances are outdated and dangerous. The complex needs to be shutdown. Its located downtown with all the awesome luxuries of downtown Shreveport.
