December 21, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve really enjoyed living here. The lake view and balcony are a big plus, and the pools and playground are great amenities. The office staff is always nice and helpful, and maintenance and the grounds crew do a great job keeping everything up. If you like hearing the sounds of nature, this is a peaceful place to live.

December 16, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comJefferson lakes is set in a good location of Baton Rouge close to the mall, hospitals, and plenty of shops for eating and shopping. The complex has pull access and they keep maintenance up and running. You dont have a lot of people hanging out which I love. I have quiet neighbors and management tries to keep everyone up and up with following certain rules.

Unreliable Office Management
April 7, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI made an appointment to tour on for 9am. I showed up 10 minutes early and they had a sign on the door saying they were doing inspections. I waited for 20 minutes after calling the office to see if they would ever give me a call or show up. It is now 1pm and I still haven’t heard from anyone. I don’t want to rent somewhere so unreliable.Property Manager Responded
