Do not rent without knowing what to expect.

Staff is never in the office due to "showing a unit". They take extended lunches as well as leave early because they live on property and just around the corner. They call ypu back but refuse to acknowledge what they did wrong. I put up with living there for awhile till I can find something else that open up. Don't ever expect to get a deposit back but hey better then owing.

Maintenance enters dwelling, without permission. While in you apt., they seal things. When I moved out even though I never hung anything on walls. Nor did I have any animals they charged my almost $5,000 for cleaning fees. I had carpets shampooed and paid a cleaning company and was still charged. They steal and are disrespectful.

We have been here for a few years and since new management these apartments have just gone downhill. Every year during the summer the A/C breaks for a week multiple times then again during winter. The office staff is rude and so uncaring. During these times, they have A/C-Heat in the office while the rest of us are either dying from high temperatures or freezing to death like we are now in April. And you're not allowed to have A/C units on your windows or you'll get a violation notice. They have ...

upgraded SOME units, the units that get unoccupied when someone moves out. The ones who have been here don't get an upgrade. The appliances need to be upgraded. With all the money they increased in the rent the past 2years it should be common sense. Maintenance guys are great as long as the office staff passes along the renter's maintenance request as soon as it is requested and not at the end of the day. If you're looking to rent, don't come here. Find apartments where the money you'll be paying matches what you see.

It is true the apartments went under new management and everything was wonderful at the beginning...but now, dear Lord help me, but two of the ladies in the office are just awful and rude. Jessica os the worst and Valerie is to follow. I have not dealt with Nora too much so wouldn’t be able to say. It is true that the AC went out last year and was torture with the blazing heat. Come to find out, from a very reliable source, the maintenance guy, Victor, purposely breaks the AC. I’ve tried to reach ...

Renters beware. Every year the a/c goes out several times. Last year it was out for 9 days in July. The office ladies (Anna, Nora, Jessica) will do very little to help you. When you call the office they will lie to you to get you off the phone, telling you, Oh we are almost done, It will be on by the end of the day. After several days if you ask for any kind of number to contact the owners of the property, you are met with hostility and told they are not aloud to give that information out. The ...

a/c in this place is just bad. During summer months (May, June, July, August) with the a/c on full blast and curtains shut, it usually stays around 80 degrees in the apartment. Again, going to the apartment office does no good. Also, the application fee... If for whatever reason you do not get approved, you do NOT get that money back. Also, there is no 1 year leasing option. And every time it's time to renew, your rent will go up. Stay away from this place. There are better options in the area.

Since Josey Place has come under new managment I love it here. They have done MAJOR upgrades to this community complex. Jessica, Ana , and Nora are the best office team since ive lived here for the past 3 years. Besides ALL the upgrades, when you call to put in a work order it is done no later then the next day, depending on the severity. I would highly recommend Josey Place for your comfortable living. Ammenties are a plus too....pool area, washing facilities, and the 24 hour campus patrol. Not ...

My family and myself have lived in these particular apartments for over a year now and have not really had any troubles from them. The first set of managers were rude, but the new managers seem more caring into what needs to be fixed. If we had any problems the maintenance staff was there usually the same day. The rent is reasonable and the living areas are nice. Also the neighborhood is relatively quiet. I would recommend these apartments.
