Terrible Management

Although these apartments are somewhat nice (clean for the most part), the management is terrible. They are constantly trying to check in on you and do "inspections" of your place, even if you aren't moving out. They definitely will rip you off when it comes to your security deposit as well, keeping all of it if possible. Also, expect to pay an insane amount on PG&E. The insulation is the worst I've ever lived in, along with single-pane windows. Your heater will be on during the entirety of ...

winter and the AC will be on for the whole summer, especially if you have pets. Also, crawling with transients and I've never seen management try to take care of it. If you have a big vehicle, you probably won't fit in most of the parking spaces.
