This complex is full of drugs, crime, neglected children who run around unsupervised, underfed and dirty, parents selling drugs, playing ridiculously loud music all day and night, filthy units infested with bugs and cockroaches. The list goes on. Management is drug addled and does nothing to control the crime because they're a part of it and the bed bug, cockroaches and rats will never cease to be an issue because management does nothing. This place needs to be shutdown and bulldozed. Do not move ...
here not worth the money and completely unsafe. Cops are here daily.

So I came, and saw the place. I'm in the process of getting an apartment here and they are not actually as bad as advertised. They are updating and renovating the place so there is hope here! It's worth a look, if you're on a budget.

This place is disgusting, It has an epidemic of bed bugs the office staff is never really there when you need them, they do not care about their tenants let alone the units. This is a shady place to live, i recommend looking else where. the only have the laundry facilities, they do not come with a club house, or a playground or a usable sauna.! They use the so called sauna has a storage room for the office. The Assistant manager and Manager or rude, and are always making excuses. They are ...
non-consistent in what they say. It is just a horrible place to live. and not to mention the pool is always green, and never cleaned properly.
