I do not recommend living here. The staff is incredibly dishonest and deceptive. I delivered my written notice more than 60 days in advance after Katie told me that they would prorate me. They failed to respond to my written notice until I emailed them again about it weeks later. Now they are failing to recognize it. in that message they require people to move out at the end of the month. They simply changed the rules to fit their needs.
Packages also get stolen from the building right and left. I received zero response from the administrative team when I contacted them about it. They also increased insurance rates after a huge fire started within the building. Your electric bill will also be out of control due to the porous walls in windows. I'm talking over a hundred dollars a month in a studio. The laundry situation is a disaster. Most of the units don't work. A neighbor of mine was also robbed at gunpoint in the parking garage. Much better options exist in the area.
