Great location, bad management

The location is great for college students. I have been at this location for two years and at first management was good. But as time went on I noticed they had no communication. Tell the maintanance that something needs to be fixed and they say tell the landlord to make an order. Tell the landlord and she says tell maintanance. My door was broken for over a year and I tried to tell the landlord about the status of it. She yelled at me to tell maintanance! Yet maintanance needs approval from her ...
to start it. No communication. Rent went up $100 over two years so expect around a $50 raise in rent each year. They have parking problems as they don't take care of abandoned cars or cars that have wasp nests on them. Three abandoned cars in the parking lot right now.
