Apartments are very nice inside, roomy with hard wood floors. Kids play in courtyards that make it a little noisy but just depends where you live in the complex.
No air conditioning but I have a portable.
Location is great! near the ZOO , Balboa Park, Old Town, Downtown San Diego, Beaches, Mission Valley. What more could you want for the money?!
Affordable housing. A great place to live with a loved one or on your own.
Horrible! Poorly built, managed and maintained. Extremely NOISY!

The worst place I've ever lived. Don't move here if you want peace and quiet! Location is on a very busy street and the building has only single-paned windows and very thin walls WITHOUT a/c and there are lots of noisy children screaming and running all over the property which is maddening if you value peace and quiet. The management/owners care little about the property and even less about the residents. The building was shoddily built so there is constant repairs and managements need to enter ...

"Affordable Living"

This is a pretty nice affordable living apartment. although it's not very affordable at times. It can be dirty with kids spitting food on the ground. I love the community grill. The learning center is really cool for the kids. The apartments themselves are a pretty good size and have held up pretty great.
