Not worth the rent increase

The main complaint is the ongoing roach problem, it’s absolutely disgusting. I’ve also came across two mice that came out of nowhere and died and I stepped in them in the dark. They’re just now starting to get the place ‘looking good’ due to new opening business across the street in the plaza. The management is also terrible, there’s always something that doesn’t work (ie hall lights, washer/dryer, card machine, etc). I’ve been here for going on three years now and they’re just now trying to ...

change things but only physical appearance wise.

Apartments are infested with roaches and the management is terrible. They only started doing the bare minimum recently because of the new plaza built across the street. Still haven't got rid of the bugs not worth it!!

These apartments have roaches, bedbugs, and some may have mice. If you want these condition this is the place for you. It is “affordable” compared to other places, but this isn’t the place if you want to avoid those critters.

The worst place to live bedbugs roaches dirty pool it was green and they didnt clean it all summer and would allow people to still use it. Told the office i even show proof of the bed bugs and roaches they said we will send someone over in 30 mins move your stuff. Bag it and do whatever you need to and get ready. I waited an hour . they said they ran out someone is going to the store. Waited another hour kept calling they said someone will be there to spray in two days. Not only did i do my part ...

and move everything in my apt around fliped cushions. Now i had to put my place back together. I let them no i was not paying for rent till someone sprayed and fix the the problem. I let and broke my lease. Its sad when other landlords know the history aboit this place and lucky where i moved i explaxed and he couldnt wait to get me out of there. NEVER MOVE THERE UNLESS U LIKE BEDBUGS AND ROACHES. THEY WILL SIT NEXT TO YOU DAY OR NIGHT. HORRIBLE.

it no rating at Kampen Village from my very 1st day I seen BED BUGS AND WAS TOLD THAT NOT WHAT I SEEN SO THEN THE 2ND DAY I PUT EVERYONE THAT I SAW I PUT IN FREEZER BAG AND TOOK THEM BACK TO THE OFFICE AND NOW TELL WHAT THEY ARE THEY TREATED MY APPARTMENT AND MY 2ND MONTH I BROKE MY LEASE AND IT VERY SAD THAT WHEN YOU TELL OTHER LANDLORD THAT WERE YOU WAS LUVING THE TURN YOU AWAY RIGHT THEN!!!!!!!!! Horrible roaches everywhere the building is infested with bed bugs the swimming pool is very dirty there's people from napoleon living here in the building messing up the pool leaving garbage in the hallways.
