The way they treat their residences is horrible!!! It takes forever and a day for the maintenance to even come and look at the issue. The newest manager isn’t too bad but they do not answer the phones. If there’s something broken in your home and it’s not an urgent matter they won’t get back to you for at least three weeks. It has been in my experience that they are very nitpicky, they like to stick notes on your door that don’t apply to you and then in the same breath say that it will be a fee ...
if it doesn’t get fixed.

This is an awful place to live. They change managers every other month, the maintenance guys make you put your own stuff up when it breaks, the new manager they have right now is EXTREMELY RUDE, they never answer the phone or return phone calls because the new rude manager is always outside smoking cigarettes on the side of the building. We had to call them 8 times over 2 months to come and fix a window that took a total of 5 minutes to fix. Do not move here. It’s not worth the money at all.
