I've really enjoyed living at The Kelsey! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. They do a great job hosting events and creating opportunities for neighbors to connect, which makes it feel like more than just an apartment complex.
The amenities are great, the grounds are kept clean, and any maintenance requests I've submitted have been handled quickly and professionally. ...

Roach Infested - Broken Appliances - NO A/C

The leasing staff is very apathetic to the ongoing A/C outage with multiple units at the complex. We have been without air conditioning for three days. The only way to get a response was to physically walk into the office and still left with no resolution. There are so many things broken or not working correctly at this complex that I can’t type it all. The complex seems so nice when touring so this was a big surprise. Do not move here.
