Great New Management
October 3, 2019Centrally located near the University. Great Restaurants nearby, Quiet and well worth the price for the amenities that are offered. The new manager is polite, professional, and very family-friendly. The Maintenance staff is excellent and prompt. The management company maintains the grounds, pool, and landscape. They make sure the property is always in great shape. I am very happy I moved here and we are planning on staying.Review from Apartments.com
Unprofessional management
November 4, 2017The worse apartments I've lived in. I've lived in these apartments for about a year and the manager that currently manages these apartments is extremely unprofessional. Her name is franchesca and she is never in her office and acts as if she hates her job that she applied for. Whenever you put in a work order she gets extremely upset and trys to argue with you about what the problems you need fixed. She attempts to belittle you when you have a complaint about something and the pool is so ...dusgusting and spa doesn't even work and the laundry room is still flithy. Peoples storage doors are warped or ripped off and aren't being replaced but she makes sure she gets a security screen on her apt while everyone else never gets work done.The floor boards of the second floor apartments are rotted and the kicker they've only replaced boards on a few on places where the donors were going to inspect so whoever is giving them money they aren't using it to improve the apartment complex. She implements random rules without sending out any notices to tenants stating that it isn't her problem. She also closes work orders and lies about why she closes them. For instance, she once stated that the maintenance crew attempted to come to my apt multiple times and that she even tried to contact me via phone. Negative stars
July 23, 2016No manager on site everyone does whatever they want around here. The pool and laundry room are disgusting. The last manager we had got into a fight with tenants and someone got stabbed. 6months before that there was a shooting. There's trash everywhere. Assigned parking but everyone parks where ever they want. They've gone thru about 4 managers since I've been here and they've all been disasterous. I wonder why?! People play they're music late at night it's annoying. Bums come in at night and dig ...thru the trash cans. We have no security no gate no sense of safety. I've told the management company about things that don't work in my unit. Never came to fix. I had to fix my own garbage disposal bc I called on a Friday and no one would be back until Monday afternoon.
