February 21, 2020The apartment complex is very quiet and secluded despite the times the Lake Side Grill at the very beginning of the complex has big events. It floods kind of bad back there, in 2019 when it kind of flooded again the water was so high my mom couldn't get into her apartment for 3 days. The water didn't reach the apartment but the entire South Kennilworth parkway was under water from the beginning of lake side Grill until the apartment complex. November 3, 2017Kenilworth is a nice property in a great location! Super close to LSU and any stores you need, also only takes about 10 minutes to get to the mall. The apartments are on the small side but the grounds and apartment improvements make up for that. The manager and maintenance are very helpful and friendly; overall I really enjoy living here!Review from Apartments.com

July 27, 2015Great location & quiet, very close to stores & LSU campus. Management are very professional. In the rare event that something breaks, they fix it or replace it very quickly. Apartments are on the small side but big enough for single people or a couple. Grounds are landscaped & tended too regularly. Plenty of grassy areas & a small dog park. There is also a great bar a 5 minute walk away.Review from Apartments.com
