Fantastic Place to Live
November 10, 2018Kennedy's Landing is a perfect place to live! The owners are EXTREMELY nice and help with any problems as quickly as possible. The maintenance man is very handy and promptly resolves any issues that there might be. It is family friendly with a great playground and a pool. The Clubhouse is absolutely beautiful, as everything has been recently updated, and can be rented out for birthday parties/showers/etc. The apartments are spacious and well laid out. It is located in a very convenient area with ...lots of dining options close by. Manager/Owner is terrible
June 1, 2018The townhomes are very nice, but should anything go wrong they are the cheapest people ever. The manager refused to hire actual professionals to fix the problem, and instead uses people who live on the property. She continues to ignore requests for bathroom light bulb changes, leaky sink, and broken garage door. She’s also very unprofessional, she argues with you about the problem instead of fixing it. Everyone else who works here is pleasant. My best advice, go elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com
