I have lived at Kensington for 9 years now. I love the community. The office staff is always very supportive, friendly and professional. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment. As a matter of fact, I just recommended Kensington to my granddaughter, who just moved in this Tuesday, June 23. She is very happy with her new apartment.

The leasing Agent Tonne (sorry if i messed that up) went above and beyond to help me get an apartment. I am 52 and never lived alone. She explained everything to me and gave me a guided tour of the property including finding my parking space!!! Thank you for the Ritz-Carlton Treatment :)

Great experience in this property omits all ne year Iam living in this apartments the mail problem is the utility bill is a little bit higher but in general i feel comfortable here
