      I have lived in this community for over ten years. In the past, the apartments were quiet, clean, and residents were generally polite. Unfortunately, the environment has noticeably declined. This is not a reflection on management or maintenance staff, who continue to do their best. Rather, it seems to be related to changes in resident behavior, including increased noise, discourteous conduct, and a general lack of respect for shared spaces.       The management is great especially the manager Michelle. The maintenance is not doing there job, you put work order and it takes weeks for someone to show up and then they complete the work order in the system on their end without even completing the actual work, and I will leave this up to you to judge.

      Overall good complex, pretty clean and quiet. I do wish we had a better move in experience in regards to the place being cleaned when we moved in. However nothing was broken so that’s good. Community is nice. People keep to themselves but I wouldn’t say they are unfriendly.

      I feel very safe and secure in this community. The gym has been upgraded with new fans and lighting, which is excellent. Overall, I am very happy with the improvements and would highly recommend this community to my friends.
