These pictures must have been taken a LONG time ago. It looks nothing like this. The water in the pool is green (literally, it's disgusting). The elevator hardly ever works, so beware if you're considering an upper level apt! The communication from management is a joke. We pay to have a pool but it's only been open for ONE WEEK out of the last 2 years!! And they don't bother letting residents know the status or anything. Laundry facilities are terrible so have to lug the laundry to the local ...

laundromat. Our bikes were stolen even with multiple locks on. Rude neighbors hang out on stairs and leave trash and cigarette butts everywhere. Kids toys all over courtyard. Overall, it's not a very good place to live unless you like to pay a lot and get very little.

If your looking for a Nice, Affordable, Clean & Quiet place to live. Kenyon Place Apartments is for you. Good Management & Nice People. The grounds are kept in excellent condition, there is plenty of laundry facilities you almost never have to wait. Nice pool, never crowded. You wouldn't know it by looking at the outside how beautiful the courtyard is. BBQ grills & outside seating. Close to shopping,bus lines, light rail, and schools. This place is a find!!

Apts decent size, but a bit dated. There's a workout room (nothing works in it), courtyard cute, small pool, bbq pit, friendly tenants. Pretty clean.
