Since September of 2025, we have noticed a huge positive change within Key Towers. Theresa came in truly showing that she cares and leads with love. She listens to residents and, more importantly, makes us feel at home.

building access, which has helped improve the overall safety of the community.
She has also worked hard to address issues such as the trash odor throughout the building, which has made a significant difference. At the same time, she holds residents accountable and reminds everyone that while this is our home, it is also a professional community environment during business hours.
We truly appreciate the care, communication, and leadership she has brought to Key Towers.
