I have lived here for a year and a half and have only minor complaints.
I feel safe and secure leaving my apartment while traveling for work or leaving items in my car. There is a park across the street with a playground and dog park that I visit on a regular basis. Both the managers and repairman are easy to work with and quick to respond. The appliances provided are semi new and in good working order with rapid repairs if needed.

having several fans, but the heating in the winter is still very good. The apartments are certainly not sound proof, but are reasonable for apartment living. Living just off of Meridian means that traffic is always busy, but there is little to no street noise in the complex. Several apartments are showing their age (especially in the bathrooms), but only with minor problems, no leaks or cracks.
I list these issues not as major complaints, but as things that have inconvenienced me and I have worked around and to be aware of.
