April 29, 2021I happen to love living here !!! I've lived here with my teenage soon for a few years and it is such a great place to live . It is so quiet, you actually can rest and don't hear loud noise or traffic all night. The manager is actually a very nice and professional lady, who seems to take great pride in running an apartment complex where it's residents can feel safe and have a nice place to call home . In my opinion, she does an amazing job at doing just that . You will pay more than this just in ...rent anywhere else, but here I'm able to have my rent pay also my light,water,trash,wifi,and cabel bill !!! I mean geez !!! I save so much money and have a beautiful pool, can have pets, and have access immaculate lawn to look at under a covered pavilion with picnic tables and a bbq grill already in place . If you ask me, you can NOT ask for a better deal or a nicer place to live !!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Affordable and Friendly Home
April 29, 2021Have been a resident since 2017 and haven't been disappointed. Penny, the office manager, is super helpful and responsive to and concerns. Eirik, the manotenance guy, is quick to respond and is friendly. You can't pass this place up for the price and amenities included. The apartment is older but is in good shape, the place stays well-cooled and heated. This place has served my family well, for 2 adults and 2 fur-babies. We will be said to leave when we go to a larger place to grow our family. I ...love the neighborhood feel to the complex and the quick responses to any issues or complaints. Poor Property, Horrible Management
March 6, 2020This place is horrible. The lady that is the manager over the apartments is heartless and a control freak. The apartments are mediocre at best. They take advantage of people in struggling situations. The ads about the place make it seems like a "Great Deal". Do not buy into it. They come into your home whenever they feel like it. The lady leaves notice after notice on your door. She is very unreasonable. PLEASE READ LEASE BEFORE SIGNING! The rules are so outrageous and will most certainly be ...enforced. I've seen her evict people for not scrubbing their floors the way she likes and you have to use the products that she wants you to use. There are cats EVERYWHERE!
