Fairly safe to live
May 25, 2021It took them 6 months to replace the mailbox cause one whole box was broken into. If you live upstairs, the bathroom below can turn on their vent to prevent mold 24/7 and it rattles the bathroom above. They say that it is just background noise, but it will rattle your whole bedroom until they fix the vent below. They change the lease and get you to sign it without your knowledge of what is in it, so you have to read every word or you will be taken for a ride. They do NOT want to be bothered with ...your issues about the apartment. They say it is because of covid. But, it is fairly safe as long as you stay to yourself and there are some nice people that live there. Lived there for six years.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 27, 2015When u need something fix they do it the same day..and my son has a lot of friends, I love my own bathroom and I can leave anytime I want n like the Jackson gas station plus there is a bus stop right in front of my place.Review from Apartments.com

August 27, 2015The apartment is okay space, but once lived in for three years a lot of cheap appliances break and are used and old and can't get replaced the carpet gets damaged fast and the bathroom needs work. But overall a great place to live been here three years.Review from Apartments.com
