With affordable prices and great space for the price most units have been updated not to mention there is a half bath in the master bedroom. It’s not far from shopping nor the highway apt way commuters. Jackie goes above and beyond to do any and everything she can do to be of most help and she frankly deserves a raise and an all paid vacation! If they offered 3 bedrooms / offered to turn into a condominium unit I’d stay her the rest of my life honestly! There’s no pool nor playground however there is a party room for rent as well as access to the Middleburg Recreation Center and many near by parks. There’s so much more I can say in applause for this company so you’ll just have to come find out for yourselves!

another. It doesn't even feel like we live in an apartment. The rent price is very reasonable for the 1,100 sq feet, 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath unit we're in. It's very spacious & we have more than enough room. The location is fantastic. We are within walking distance to the Cleveland Metroparks walking & bike riding trails. And we are also within walking distance to Southpark Shopping Center which is right next door. It has Giant Eagle, Marc's, Dollar Tree, Bath & Body Works, Marshall's, Party City, Petco, BJ's Wholesale Club, AppleBee's Restaurant, Brueger's Bagels, Third Federal Savings Bank as well as a Bank of America ATM, Keybank, Krispy Kreme & many other retailers. Walmart, restaurants & fast food establishments are only 5 minutes down the street. We have quick access to the I-71 & I-480 freeways as well as the Ohio Turnpike. It's only a 10-15 minute drive to Southpark Mall & Great Northern Mall along with all of the many retailers, restaurants & fast food options you can think of. And living at Kingston Place, as a resident of Middleburg Heights you have access to the Community Center & Recreation Center which have very reasonable resident rates to join. There are many different churches & places of worship. Over all, you get a lot of bang for your buck living at Kingston Place. We are extremely happy & content living here & plan on becoming long time residents. Thank you Jackie & the staff at Kingston Place for making us feel welcome & right at home!
