A simple truthful review. You will have consistent maintenance issues and when you call in a maintenance issue to the office you will be waiting months for them to actually fix something. I've had constant plumbing issues to the point that it took 1 year to have a simple trash disposal replaced, and that's only because the sewer backed-up into the kitchen sink :( I wore my pandemic mask all night because of the horrible sewer smell. SMH I would continue to list all the issues I encountered but ...
mentally, I can't go there. It's too exhausting. The staff in the office is rude about 90% of the time and makes it pretty clear that they could care less about the tenant experience while leasing. The rent unexpectedly went up with added additional monthly fees (pest control fee, trash fee, street fee, and pet fee). Listen, I am finishing off my last lease here and would say from one human to another, you can do better just about anywhere else. If there were any advantages to considering living here, I would mention them. Wish I would have seen a review like this before I decided to rent here. I have talked to a few neighbors and its apparent that I am not the only one who is extremely unsatisfied.

Don't do it!

Please save your money and live anywhere but here. I made a grave mistake moving in here again, and now I'm suffering through a year long lease. They don't fix the Air Conditioner no matter how many times you try, even have pictures to prove it's not working. They finally removed the moldy fridge after I yelled, 17 days with the fridge. They don't care, they spend their days watching TV at the office. It took 2 weeks to get the shower valve fixed, it was either hot or cold, no in between. When I ...
moved in, they still had to have guys come fix the poor paint job on the countertops, I couldn't be home for that. Then another day of being out of the house for the tub refinisher? I have to plan what I wear each day, because it's a sauna in my closet. I got a key to the gym, but you can't close the door while you're in there, so I won't be using it. Trust me, you will regret moving in here, don't do it. The 1 star is only because you have to pick one.

Worst Management!

Don’t ever rent here! Staff: Mari and Cindy could care less on the issues that you have at your apartment. They are both rude! You have to make a big deal just to have maintenance fix your issues. My AC has had electrical issues twice and it was a big issue to send someone to come take a look at it. I would never recommend anyone to live here. Glad my lease is coming to an end so I can get out of this poorly manage complex!
