DO NOT RENT HERE! I repeat DO. NOT. RENT. HERE! This place is beyond horrible. We had multiple cases of bed bugs from our neighbors the leasing office refused to treat the entire building let alone properly treat our apartment. The dishwasher never worked it flooded the tiny kitchen we had. The back sliding door was Broke.The AC broke,it was 95 outside and 88 inside and the emergency line told us it wasn’t an emergency that “it wasn’t hot enough” we had a 3week old baby at the time and was not ...

able to stay in our apartment.Not to mention the maintenance man was in our apartment alone and locked the door behind him. He announced himself 15-20 minutes after us being home, he walked down the steps to let us know he fixed the dishwasher and then he left and was never seen. The leasing office just happen to lose the main apartment key two days later and refused to change the locks. This is the worst leasing company ever!!!! Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time or money.

My wife recently moved into Kingswood and couldn’t be more happy. For the price you can’t beat the room and space. The bedrooms are fantastic and the sliding closet door with the full mirror is awesome! The half bath addition at the front door is such a nice feature. The basement is a great size and dry(no leaks). Management are very sweet people and easy to get along with. Maintenance is quick and very efficient.
