May 13, 2020Affordable and decent on the inside however they don't do a good job keeping the area clean with it being only 2 complexes. Landscaping (fresh mulch) and power washing. Also it's loud especially if you stay near the stairs. For example I hear kids stomping and running on the stairway. The walls are super thin therefore it's easy to hear those specific things. The rent office do not want any responsibility in terms of helping to improve noise complaints. To top it off parking is terrible! The ...first two years of living here was pretty good but since management change things have gone down hill. I would not recommend these apartments to someone who cares about those things. Kirkwood Place Apartments Review
August 21, 2015My family and I just moved to Kirkwood Place a little over two weeks ago, and so far we are in heaven!! I have fallen in love with my new granite counter tops!! The location is awesome, as we are in close traveling distance to all surrounding shopping centers. It is very peaceful here at Kirkwood, and our first day here a few neighbors welcomed us with open arms. We look forward to spending many happy years here!Review from Apartments.com
