A complete deception for sure!
October 3, 2022My girlfriend and I stayed here for 6 months with our daughter and dog and it was a terrible experience. The neighbors were the best part of our experience because we could complain about outrageous policies like not being able to access your own rental account, being told not to let your pets go to the bathroom in the courtyard, and getting charged extra fees for things like other people leaving too much garbage in the dumpster…it’s clearly a space for people out of town coming to Portland that ...get stuck paying outrageous rent and in return having poor management on top of it. Would be 0 stars if I could rate that low!
July 13, 2022Even before moving in this place was a pain, we had to constantly contact the property to verify they got certain payments or paperwork because they would never contact us or verify with us that they got what they needed. Couldn't even SEE the place 3 days before move in day "because it wasn't ready". There is NO A/C in the units (unless you PAY for them to install one) the only A/C is in the "lobby" and a little bit in the hallways. The "studios" are the size of a dorm room...If that much. Tiny ...fridges, no "storage" space (unless you count a 3x3 alcove as storage.) Non smoking friendly at all (can't smoke ANYWHERE on property and management threatens to write you up if you smoke around the properties.) Poor management as well. If my partner and I weren't on a time cramp to find a place before moving in here we would have gone elsewhere, and as soon as our lease was up we LEFT FOR GOOD!!!! I guess the half star it could even earn could be their security is half decent (if other residents don't leave the gate open and as long as the criminal can't jump fences.)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Good reviews are fake
October 27, 2021Laundry machines always broken. management is ghost. Side doors and front doors always broken so random people come inside the building all the time. Management never knows what is going on. All the so-called “new” appliances are cheap and break all the time. Kitchen is a joke, you can’t fit two regular size pans on the stovetop at the same time. No ovens in unit. the precious good reviews are very obviously fake. something weird is going on hereProperty Manager Responded
November 1, 2021Hello, I am so sorry you feel as if the other two positive reviews dated months apart are fake. .. We are currently reviewing applications and completing interviews to replace the community manager as the one who was employed was transferred. The front door was broken and repaired. To my knowledge, we were not aware of the side doors being broken. Please as a Resident report these issues to maintenance ASAP so we can repair our secured access. Every unit has brand new appliances included are a fridge and microwave in unit only. If you are referring to the laundry machines, please reach out and we will have coin meter repair these as soon as we are able. We do pride ourselves as well as advertise on all marketing that our apartment homes are micro-units, meaning affordability at a small sq ft price, every prospect is made aware of this prior to move in. If you would like to address any of these matters please reach out to me personally at Debbie@kozproperties.com and I would love to ...have your opinion of our beautiful apartment building changed if I am able to do so.
