    The worst managed apartment building in SF. I have dealt with some terrible apartment management in my life but this is by far the worst. Going on nine weeks of having no door knob on one of the main entrances to the complex so you just have to use the other entrance. Management is aware of the missing doorknob they just do not care about the inconvenience to their residents. They are constantly making changes to make things more inconvenient for the residents like requiring an app to get into ...

    My son lived here 3,4 years ago. So we paid everything at time when my son moving out. We also met office staff make sure everything been paid. After about 3 years later they sent us some bills. Also they took deposit. We didn’t now about that bill they sent after 3 years later my son moved out. 3 years…… Ugly part is they sent me and my son’s information to Collections. I was call signer. Now guess what me and my son are in Collections for 250$ which is not true. They are pathetic losers ...
    who can’t do their jobs absolutely awful don’t know what they are doing. Very disgusted.

    We love the amenities, the newer appliances in our apartment and (USED TO) love the package delivery system. Recently we've had packages stolen, our car dinged by a neighbor in the parking garage and no repercussions were made to those people even though we had proof that it happened and know the people responsible. The package delivery system used to be amazing but now it takes days to get a notification that my package was delivered and lately I've had a couple packages stolen as mentioned ...
    earlier. When we moved in our place was very dirty. Stains on the shades, broken balcony lock leaving the door constantly slightly ajar letting cold air in in the winter months, dents and marks on the walls/appliances and a disgusting shower that I needed to deep clean myself when we moved in. The preschool next door is super loud and since I work from home it can be very disrupting during meetings. Management is very slow to respond if ever to my emails. We love the location and the apartment itself but we are looking forward to moving out in a couple months.

    So... if you plan on living here, know that if the water main bursts (or in the present case, bursts 4 times in 5 days) and floods every unit on the first floor, and you lose all plumbing (hot and cold water) for a week, the building will announce there was a minor leak and that all residents could shower in the gym shower in another building. If you want to temporarily sleep in another unit that isn't flooded, doesn't have the floor boards removed to begin the mold remediation, and doesn't have ...
