August 22, 2025?????????? LinQ has been an amazing place to live, and I’ve been encouraging my classmates to move here too! The apartments are modern and thoughtfully designed, with walk-in closets, in-unit washer & dryer, and high-quality appliances that make life easy. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, and the community amenities are always in top shape. It feels safe, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect for students and commuters — less than a 5-minute walk to the SMART train, ...and you’ve got 5 grocery stores within a 10-minute drive. Everything you need is close by. July 1, 2025Living here made adjusting to Sacramento much easier! Jorge and his team do a wonderful job maintaining the share spaces, and the apartment itself is quite nice. I had an issue with my washing machine, and it was replaced very quickly. The AC is strong, and I feel comfortable both in the summer and winter. The management team has always been responsive and kind! Shoutout to Sabreenah, and Arianna and the rest of the amazing woman team!
