Management changed in late 2025, so recent reviews should be weighted more heavily. The grounds of the apartments are spotless. Plantings are beautiful and are well maintained. The open-air hallways allow cool breezes to move through the complex, so exiting, either on foot or by car, is pleasant. Security is excellent. I have never encountered anyone in the hallways other than residents, staff, or delivery people. The surrounding neighborhood is also safe and perfect for walking my ...

I’ve been living at the LINQ for over 5 years. We moved to Sacramento from the east coast. Prior to our move, every time we’d visit Sacramento, we checked out prospective properties. Once we toured the LINQ, we knew we’d found our new home. Great choice - still love it!

The apartment is a great complex. Maintenance is very fast. Everything is kept clean, overall quiet community which is wonderful. Love the community room area. Wish there was a place you could rent but overall excellent place to live!

Renewed my lease for another year. Amenities and neighbors are nice. Wish packages were more secure upon delivery, sometimes drivers don’t put them in the lockers. Car has been safe in the garage. Wish the pool was warmer.
