August 18, 2022a minute ago NEW Would give zero stars if possible. Front office lady is unbelievably abrasive and very unprofessional. Whether she is in the wrong job or is just allowed to run out of control by her superiors is anyones guess. Any time a legitimate problem comes up you will wish you never even thought about living here. Don't be fooled. March 27, 2020ZERO stars is giving them too much. The office left a building entirely without water for almost two weeks, office was closed during the day and the phones went straight to voicemail. This was at the end of November 2019. They laughed when I asked them for a discount on rent after this. The staff can and WILL fine you for everything and anything they can think of. They are rude, and incredibly unprofessional. Completed unexpected
July 23, 2015The Newport Condos offers us a convenient location. The living space is nicely updated and the property was well maintained. The pool is great and the perfect hangout spot during the summer. We loved the courtyard area with the gas grills in the outdoor area too! This spot has been our home away from home for 2 years.
