June 4, 2025I submitted a written request on May 21, 2025, to fix my broken A/C. For 13+ days, nothing was done. They eventually installed a small window unit that barely cools anything. The inside of my apartment has reached 86°F, while I live with my 2-year-old daughter with serious health concerns. I sent 3 formal emails, called the office repeatedly, and was told “I’m in the queue.” I never received a response or a call back from the manager even after requesting it. A 311 city inspector came on May 29 ...and confirmed that the issue had to be fixed within 48 hours. It still hasn’t been. I’ve filed complaints with the Texas Attorney General and HUD for habitability violations. I’ve emailed corporate and given formal notice to terminate my lease by June 30 under Texas law. I’ve paid rent under protest, and I’m documenting everything. I’m not leaving this review to be dramatic. I’m leaving it to warn other families especially those with children or health concerns that this is how serious maintenance requests are handled here. Beware Pest Control/ Rat Infestation
April 29, 2020Please reconsider living here. I came here thinking these apts were sanitary and everything was good but the whole year was a nightmare! No parking space for visitors..they find any excuse to tow your vehicle. Rats in every complex and ppl outside throwing trash in the community.. so sad. Needs new managementProperty Manager Responded

Corrupt and rude
December 18, 2019If I could give 0 stars I would, I don’t even live there and I don’t even visit my mother who does live there for parking reasons, I have gotten towed three times in less than 6 months, one time I had a pass the previous manager had given and since it’s a new manager they didn’t accept it so I got towed, the second time I parked for 15 min in my mother’s assigned parking which she pays for, after that the manager told me I couldn’t park in an assigned parking even if I was allowed by the owner of ...the spot, anyways so yesterday I go visit her around 4 parked in the visitors parking where management had told me to park the lady time I went in there, keep in mind there are only 4 visitors parking outside the main gate, well my car also got taken from there, this is over $900 that I’ve had to pay just for wanting to visit a resident there, this is unacceptable and is a crime, stealing people’s hard earned money just to fill yours! Shame on you!!!!! It’s the holidays for Christ sake have a heart... the times I have gone to pick up my car from the pound I have had the pleasure of speaking to residents from this same property all of the complaining about this towing situation, I mean one lady lost her car because it got taken multiple times and one of them because her parking pass had expired ONE day BEFORE ! Someone needs to do something about this situation, now I’m stuck with no car And a bill of $300!i honestly don’t recommend anyone living here you will spend a lot more money on situations like that I s than what you save by renting with them , they don’t care about their people and the property is not the nicest looking property you can find better out there and can actually sleep right knowing your vehicle will be there when you cone out.. if you dig in these reviews you will see how many people complain about this same issue, and a lot of them don’t know they can leave a review, but if I have to teach people to express themselves I will even if I have to go door to door, I’m officially fed up!Property Manager Responded

Do not move here
December 16, 2019Towed my car for no reason, then called the cops on their own resident because they couldn’t solve the problem, they gave me a permit told me where I could park so I won’t get towed, still got towed, was told there was no bugs, and there were bugs everywhereReview from Apartments.com
