October 6, 2019I highly recommend la Madrid apartments! I have been living here for a year, and I am very happy that I found this place. It is a calm place to live, the staff and manager are very kind and are always willing to help. The apartments have a pool and a gym. There are also security cameras so you can feel safe. The apartments come with a washer and dryer which have been a huge help, and they are wood floors, there are lots of window so there is a lot of light. October 4, 2019I have lived at La Madrid Apartments for over 1 year. Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance have been fantastic. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. The guys are friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs.Big apartments, high ceilings, large windows, laundry room, washer and dryer, hard flooring, picnic & grilling ...area close to the pool. October 12, 2018Though Two months since leasing my apt.The areas and location of Madrid are convenient into central.after 4pm traffic into Manchaca Rd.The staff and manager are completely helpful towards issue related concerns.Still there maintenance continue completing the apts amenities and problems which may occur..four rated star.. tenantReview from Apartments.com
