We absolutely love living here at La Maison River Oaks. My wife is from New Orleans and the architecture is very much like the French Quarter. The great Courtyards, Fountains, Mature trees and great neighborhood, the pools and exercise rooms are a great addition, its great to see in unit washer and dryers in this part of River Oaks/Upper Kirby/ Montrose area. A lot of shops in walking distance including Whole Foods, HEB 5 minutes away, places to eat from affordable to luxury, lots of shopping as ...
well. A very nice area to live in and going to be staying for a long time.

La Maison River Oaks is in a great location with a great staff…the apartments are nice and affordable especially in an area where things tend to be overpriced. It also offers all the amenities you want an apartment to have. It also has a nice long dog park for dog owners. Last thing to mention, free coffee on the first floor with serval options, I love having that available!

La Maison River Oaks is a beautiful apartment community with great amenities, especially for fur parents. The location is great, because it’s near so many good restaurants and the medical center where I work. I love that we have a huge balcony where we can just lounge and enjoy the view. I definitely recommend this complex, and for the price, it’s a steal.

I am pleasantly satisfied with my experience so far at La Maison. It’s a mid rise tucked away in upper Kirby. It’s very close to 3 major grocery stores and 3 bus routes. The area actually feels like a neighborhood compared to other apartments I saw. Very clean and huge 1 BR unit!
