Love it Here
November 23, 2021Samantha, the apt. manager, has always been amazing as we communicated back and forth to set up an apartment when I was in Florida. She was friendly and helpful. Living here is at peace. We are military friendly and enjoy our privacy. The building is secured from the outside. Garage really helps a lot with the snowy ? days. Heater is not charged so that is a big plus and for a 2 bedroom it is a reasonable price. I love living here!
December 29, 2020I feel safe because it is a secured building, it is conveniently located close to every place I need and want to go. Walking trails are close by. But nothing beats the Resident Manager and her staff they keep the grounds inside and out clean and beautiful, and make sure to get to any matianance issue you need quickly. They celebrate the holidays with you as well. Very Quiet and Quant place to live.Property Manager Responded

December 8, 2020I needed to rent an apartment in Anchorage from North Carolina. The online photos and video were very helpful to me in making my decision to apply to La Maisonnette. Samantha, the office manager, also helped to cement my decision. She was courteous, well-informed, and always answered my questions quickly. When move-in day arrived, she met me on a Saturday just after I flew in. The apartment was clean and very well-maintained.
