Not the best choice
July 1, 2016We lived here for a year the manager was nice the first few times we saw her after she wasn't. The neighbors didnt respect parking assignments. They would park for long periods of time in areas that clearly stated No Parking. A few neighbors were loud at night. Even though when you sign the contract and it says No playing outside No riding skateboard or bikes the kids still do it and the manager doesn't say anything. Some tenants even left their clothes for long periods in washers or dryers, and ...since they were cool with the manager she never told them anything. Every month there was maintenance issues were water was cut off for hours. There was a issue once with the plumbing and the manager never answered the phone or mentioned they would fix it soon, it was fixed towards the end of the day the next day such an inconvenience.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
