April 15, 2025I recently moved out of La Paz Apartments after an incredible 20 years, and I can honestly say it was more than just a place to live, it was home. What truly sets La Paz apart is the amazing people who run it. Rubi, the Property Manager, is absolutely phenomenal, warm, professional, and always going the extra mile to make residents feel valued and heard. The maintenance staff, Ray and Candy, are simply the best you could ask for. Reliable, friendly, and incredibly skilled. They took care of ...everything with a smile and genuine care. It’s rare to find a team that treats you like family, but that’s exactly what you get here. There’s a real sense of community at La Paz. From the regular resident activities to the day-to-day interactions, you always feel like you are part of something special. It’s a caring, welcoming environment that is hard to leave behind. If you are searching for a place that truly feels like home with a strong sense of community and the most dedicated property staff around, La Paz is it. The price gals on your renewal
September 28, 2022The worst place ever to live in mouse is running around. When they want you to renewal, they'll hike it up by two $300. I was walking to my car and there was mouse is dead at people's door. Then the manager over the assistant manager walks the buildings at 7:00 a.m. in the morning so she can tell people far away. She pops up all hours of the day and night so she can just tell people, car and make people feel uncomfortable. This is the worst place to live after the last manager left. This place ...has not been comfortable since. There are more vacancies here than people moving in. Every weekend there's somebody moving out. There's about 15 vacancies. Make sure you read the comments because they are true and real. We're tenants that actually move in and outProperty Manager Responded

NOOO you can do much better than this
September 10, 2022...... the place went downhill badly in the last couple years you can do *much better than that in the surrounding areas for this extremely over price dump of a place !!! everything is broken all the time security cameras don't work security gates don't work & now heavy rumors of bed bugs !!! garbage for management company..etc etc etc...Property Manager Responded

Worse management
August 28, 2020The management there keeps changing their mind and lying. I lived there for several years and on my move out they change their words and charged us extra money.
